Refund Policy
Easy Returns & Refunds
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI. (Heads up: The COD fee is non-refundable.)
- We accept refund requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the item is returned.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Return (Super Simple!):
- Visit DEMBASES account/orders.
- Log in using your registered email.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Choose the reason and proceed.
- Verify your pickup & shipping details.
- A small return shipping cost applies.
- Done! We'll handle the rest.
Important Notes:
- Returns are available within India only.
- We might ask for product photos to approve the return.
- If there’s a quantity issue, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Received a damaged or defective product?
Fashion fails happen but we got you! Send us a message on WhatsApp with product pics or an unboxing video, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
