Refund & Exchange Policy

Not vibing with your DEMBABES fit? No worries! You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery exchanges are on us! We want you to rock your streetwear with confidence.

Easy Returns & Refunds

• For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI. (Heads up: The COD fee is non-refundable.)

Want to exchange instead?

No stress. Pick a new item you love.

• If the new item costs more, just pay the difference.
• If it costs less, we’ll send you a gift card for the balance.

Return/Exchange Process (Super Simple!):

1. Visit DEMBASES account/orders.
2. Log in using your registered email.
3. Select the order you want to return or exchange.
4. Choose the reason and proceed.
5. Verify your pickup & shipping details.
6. Done! We'll handle the rest.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges are available within India only.
• We might ask for product photos to approve the return/exchange.
• If there’s a quantity issue, an unboxing video is mandatory.
• Submit your return/exchange request here: account/orders.

Received a damaged or defective product?

Fashion fails happen but we got you covered! Send us a message on WhatsApp with product pics or an unboxing video, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
